One ticket, one Hand visit plus one Expert session, one bill. Best for outage triage, design reviews, or a single sticky problem. No paperwork beyond a one-page engagement letter.

Project Sprint

Fixed-scope, fixed-fee delivery in 2 to 6 weeks. Discovery, plan, execute, document. The same Expert and the same Remote Hand pool stay through the engagement.

Fractional Retainer

N hours per month at a discount, same Expert, predictable monthly cost. Hand visits drawn from the same pool, billed against the retainer. A fraction of an FTE for the duration of the work.

How We Engage

Match

Describe the issue and the discipline (network device, OS, database, or architecture); we identify the matching Expert and confirm availability the same business day.

Pair

Expert reviews the ticket, requests a Remote Hand if on-site work is needed, and confirms scope and rate in writing. You sign or you walk — no auto-renew, no minimums.

Execute

Hand on the floor, Expert on the line, both checked in to your portal. Real-time progress so your team can supervise or step away as the work allows.

Handoff

Written summary, recordings, configs, and runbook delivered to your portal. The knowledge stays with you; we do not lock it behind our login.
