Remote Hand engineer on site at a US data center

Remote Hand Services Nationwide

Boots on the ground in 30+ US cities across 11 states. Pay-as-you-go smart-hands work delivered by certified engineers — no contracts, no minimums, no travel surcharges where we operate.

Why Remote Hand

Most data center work is 90% remote and 10% physical. The 10% should not require a flight, a rental car, or a junior engineer wasting half a day in traffic. We put a qualified pair of hands inside any covered facility, on demand.

01

Speed to Site

Engineers dispatched within hours, not days. Active coverage in 30+ US cities across 11 states means there is almost always one already in your metro — same-day in tier-1 markets, scheduled dispatch elsewhere.

02

Pay Per Visit

No retainers, no minimums, no monthly fees. You pay for the visit, the work performed, and parts only — itemized and transparent on every invoice.

03

Skill on Demand

Network, server, and cabling certified. Brief them remotely; they execute on the floor while your engineer supervises by phone or video.
